At Rockaway Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Item

  Carefully pack the record or collectible in its original mailer and packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
